Since updating to Firefox 68.0 I have been unable to download programmes using BBCiplayerdownloads. The software works in all other respects and will play already downloaded programmes. When attempting a new download, I get the error message in the attached image. I am presently running Firefox 68.0.1 and have tried running it in safe mode (all add-ons disabled) and still have the same issue. I am not aware of anyone else having the same problem but am at a loss as to how to progress. I had a hunch and tried another browser, which worked - so the problem is somehow related to Firefox.
