Firefox crashes on startup. I tried all of the steps in the Firefox crashes article but I can't figure out what's wrong. It crashes even when I open it in Safe mode, always about five seconds after I start it. This happened shortly after I updated to the new version. The page I was trying to open when it crashed the first time was facebook. I had about 10 tabs open in 2 windows at the time. I have now tried to open it about 10 times. I'm pretty sure the only add-on I'm using is Ad-Block Plus.

That looks like a memory problem.

Did you try a new profile to be sure that is isn't caused by your current profile?

You can also try to do a font check with Font Book and maybe do some other maintenance or try to uninstall (trash). Firefox and reinstall Firefox.

The crash ID you provided didn't work, so we will need another one to figure out what the problem was. Please follow these steps to get the crash ID.

I'm sorry that didn't work. Here are all the crash IDs from today, in reverse chronological order (the most recent one is on top, and the last one on the list is from the original crash that happened when I tried to open facebook). I hope one of these works better!

Okay, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and that did not work. I removed all the duplicate fonts in Font Book, but that also did not work. I followed the instructions on the "Managing profiles" page for starting Profile Manager so I could try a new profile, but every time I tried, I got this message: "The application firefox-bin quit unexpectedly." Is there anything else I can try?
