Firefox 4.0 hangs after about 10 seconds every time I open it. Tried everything on the help page, but nothing worked. Changed the compatibility mode, but it crashes before opening in anything but the default. Tried to disable the SwitchProxy Tool, but it doesn' even show up in the menu. Please help!

Solved it (maybe...)

If it hangs, alt-f4 once. This should get firefox working again. To stop it hanging alltogether, go in to add-on manager and disable "conduit engine 3.3.3.6" Restart firefox and should be sweet.

I think this add-on is causing FF to hang. When you alt-f4, you're exiting from this extension, rather than FF. If you alt-f4 twice, you'll quit FF.

Good luck
