We work with the CRM program Teamleader and would like to link Thunderbird to it. Until now this was not possible. I am looking forward to a solution.

Please provide some detail on what issue you are trying to solve by linking Thunderbird and Teamleader and what type of link or integration you are looking for.

We need a mail client for mailing from Teamleader. I have been working with Thunderbird for years and it would be handy if this linking could take place. Thanks

Teamleader appears to have it's own email management module. IMAP https://marketplace.teamleader.eu/eu/en/category/email-tracking

Thanks for your fast answer !

Yes, that's how we know it too. We currently work via Gmail, because the link with Thunderbird does not work. That means we work with 2 mail clients. I would have liked to be able to use only Thunderbird.

I have some issues even understanding this.

Thunderbird supports MAPI. right click a file in in windows file explorer and select send to > mail recipient and a Thunderbird compose window opens with the file attached. This is the "accepted" windows method of sending mail from and application. I assume TeamManager supports MAPI, but as I am not familiar with the product never having heard of it until this came up, I can not be sure.

If you want further integration into Thunderbird, then the onus will be with TeamManager to provide an addon to perform that. Not for Thunderbird to integrate with TeamManager.

We will check it. Thanks a lot Matt
