To improve my records in my CRM system i'd like to be able to click a button somewhere in Thunderbird within the context of a current message being read and HTTP POST this message as-is to a specific URL. This in order to curb the problem where customers stray from the original CRM e-mail with the tracking number in the subject. Even more helpful would be the ability populate a drop-down from the feedback of a URL (with CRM task numbers) and choose the number under which the mail message should be stored.
