If you are getting emails from someone you don't want to, you can add them to your Black or Block list. Firefox isn't an emali provider though, so you'd have to find out how to do that form your Email Provider (gmail, yahoo, etc.)

Howdy and thanks. My provider is Yahoo and Ive been trying to find the block list but cant seem to find it. Ive looked in all the pull down lists and also try to find something but so far unable. I havent looked in Internet explorer tho to see if help is there.
