I belong to Big Fish Game Club and if I want to use their live chat, it tells me my browser isn't compatible and to use Firefox 3 or earlier (and several other browsers). I do have Firefox 3 but I have asked and asked BFG about this problem and they can't solve it. I thought maybe you could. Thanks.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox[xSP_2:8f455fe92f6dfc1fd092147e4a0ad4ab_195] 876901093703 GTB7.1 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Your UserAgent string in Firefox is messed up by other programs that you installed.

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Filter = general.useragent.extra.firefox
Right-click that preference and select Reset
Then restart Firefox
