I restarted my computer and when I opened Firefox again, all of my bookmarks were gone. Is there any way to restore my previous bookmarks and setup?

After restarting my computer (because my CD drive wasn't reading in iTunes) I opened the Firefox browser and all of my bookmarks and quick links in the toolbar and gone. It also deleted all saved login information for things like Yahoo mail, Facebook, etc. Any advice on restoring this stuff would be grreeeaaattt as there were some really important bookmarks saved that I would be hard pressed to find again.

The lost bookmarks article should help.

You are using an old Firefox 3.0.19 version that is no longer supported.
Any particular reason why you haven't updated yet?
