I am trying to clean up my bookmarks and reorganize or delete bookmarks no longer used, however it appears the program possibly has an auto install of bookmarks, possibly from my phone or another browser. How do I turn off auto install of bookmarks. I guess what I am trying to do is turn off Syncing so my Firefox device does not obtain bookmarks from my other devices.

If you have sync turned on, and you make any changes, sync should also send those changes to all members of the sync.

Check the other members of the sync.

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.
