Any help is greatly appreciated. I updated Firefox and when I tried to reopen the browser, got an error message that my profile was not accessible. I couldn't run the profile manager either. Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Nope. Uninstalled again, went to %appdata% and deleted remaining files. Reinstalled, and was able to open Firefox. When the browser was closed, it gave me the error message that my profile was not accessible again. Any suggestions, please?

Hello, can you access your profiles with the Profile Manager? Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles

Hello Smorele, no, I get the same error message: "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."

Also tried importing Firefox bookmarks to Chrome and got the error message: "Sadly, your Mozilla Firefox settings are not available while that browser is running. To import those settings to Google Chrome, save your work and close all Firefox windows. Then click Continue." ...except Firefox isn't running. No idea what is going on here.
