Hi! Every time I try to put through a credit card transaction on Firefox it gives me a "token invalid" or "invalid captcha" error message. The transactions work fine on other browsers. I have signed in to my Firefox with an account, also updated the browser. Still not working.

Any suggestions and explanations?

Thank you!

Hmm, I wonder whether this is a problem with "Total Cookie Protection"? TCP limits how sites can use "third party" or "cross-site" cookies, meaning cookies from different websites than the one you see in the address bar. Using a payment service may involve passing data back and forth between different servers, possibly requiring third party cookies.

To make an exception to TCP for a specific site, you can turn off tracking protection on the site. More info in the following articles:

Any difference?

P.S. If you aren't seeing the ReCAPTCHA challenge box/puzzle, one of your add-ons might be blocking it.
