Do you still have your bookmarks on your other copy of Firefox?

If you lost the bookmarks in a "desktop" version of Firefox -- Windows, Mac, Linux -- you could look at the backups available in the Library window. This article has more info:

unfortunately no offline support for bookmarks.

I changed my Windows laptop and then installed Firefox and logged into my Firefox account and saw that there were no bookmarks and unfortunately no offline support for bookmarks.

You didn't change the password of the Firefox Account because that will wipe all data on the Sync server ?

Do you still have access to your previous laptop ?

Really?? I had forgotten my password and reset it. Does that mean the pot can't do anything to get my bookmarks back?
