Add security exception pop.lindahartman.us:995 I can't click anything. Can't get into my account, the horizontal bars at the top of thunderbird, or anything else. The software is frozen.

I'm running Win 10. I have looked up possible solutions, but I can't get into any of the suggestions. I can't click on anything. Can't close Tbird, or move the window.

I installed my email client as pop, not ssl.

Thanks in advance

According to your webhost, the settings for a POP account are: incoming server mail.anythingemail.com on port 110, connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = email address. There is no mention of port 995 or SSL connection security.

You might be able to bypass the exception error and enter the correct settings by disconnecting from the internet and then running TB.

I follow instructions on how to change my master password after being hacked and now my whole account is frozen. This is a business account and I will be out of business and ruined if this is not corrected immediately.
