Hi,

I've never had issues printing from Thunderbird as it's always printed in black, but for the past 4 weeks, it's been printing in blue or green!

My ink cartridge levels are fine and if I print from another progam (such as Word) it prints in black. I've also reinstalled the printer drivers just in case.

Please could you advise things to try?

Kind regards,

Hannah Mackenzie

Colour is not set by Thunderbird, it is set in your Printer Properties.

Select email so you can read it in Message Pane File > Print Preview or Menu icon > Print > Print Preview

A window opens showing how the email printout will look. clickon 'Print' button

A small 'Print' window will open. Click on 'Properties' button.

This will tell you what settings are currently selected for the printer to use. Make necessary adjustments to select the options you require and click on the OK's.
