downloading iplayer programme- firefox keeps crashing. bbc website suggests going to tools>options>applications - change action from bbci-pd to choosing bbcip
after a lengthy period of downloading a programme firefox crashes and nullifies the download. This has happened twice towards the end of the programme's duration.

There's not much I can make out from your crash reports. Here's what I did find out. The System Memory Use Percentage in the crash reports is rather high, so this could be out-of-memory crashes.
