Why am I suddenly unable to get Scrabble to open on Facebook.
I have been playing Scrabble on Facebook for a while but suddenly it just blinks and doesn't open. It does open if I switch to Google Chrome.
Chosen solution

is there something in about config that ineed to change for script errors ithink i may have changed something awhile back how do i chane it back i think it was in dev part
The only setting I can think of is the one to allow more time for slow scripts to run. I'm pretty sure that is not related to the very fast failure on Scrabble. Old article: Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it.
In support - I want to say that nothing has helped with me either. I have tried all the offered solutions - and on 3 different devices. This must surely be an issue with firefox itself?
i have contacted themn so mAny times tried his suggestion of anew profile that did not work either they do not seem to be addressing the issue

This could be related to the change in Firefox 69 that Flash can't be set to "Always Activate", only "Ask to Activate" is possible. A script on the page might not work properly with "Ask to Activate" selected and Firefox might not show the Lego block icon.
so it can not be always activate why
so we will not be able to play any games without flash player what do we do then
is there an add on or something to replace it for firefox
java and flash are no longer supported in Firefox so now what

The change in Firefox 69 just means you'll have to activate Flash for a site on the first visit each session. You can't set Firefox to remember that forever. This article has the steps to activate Flash when needed: Why do I have to click to activate plugins?
Does Flash activate normally for you on Adobe's test page?

Do you recall the last time it worked normally? I'm trying to line it up with the update schedule:
- Firefox 68.0.2 released: August 14th
- Firefox 68.0.1 released: July 18th
- Firefox 68.0 released: July 9th
68.02
This game could be a JavaScript game and not Flash based, so maybe check the Web Console for possible error messages.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
I know little about computers. I know that Scrabble is a Flash game and it works on Google Chrome. This seems to be a Firefox problem but how do we contact them?
so how do i fix the java problem i opened the web console but have no i dea what to do
perhaps someone could show me what to do in web console i see no errors
Mid August.
i just now totallly uninstalled firefox and with no add ons i tried scrabble and still same results
it is apparent to me that firefox has no intention on fixing this issue. I love firefox and have had it for many yrs but now with all the changes updates and such i may be leaving Firefox, Please fix the scrabble issue. hasbro and EA games say they are working on it. what is firefox doing about it
I have tried all the suggestion that have been posted here short of removing Firefox for good
