Error message when opening firefox

Firefox is having trouble recovering your windows and tabs. This is usually caused by a recently opened web page. 

        You can try:
         
           Removing one or more tabs that you think may be causing the problem
           Starting an entirely new browsing session

I keep getting this message everytime I open Friefox. anysuggestion as to how to fisx this????

A likely cause is that you are first closing all Firefox windows and then close the Firefox application.

Some have reported that closing Firefox (Firefox > Quit) while the browser window is still open works for them.
