Can you add an image to a bookmark on the Bookmarks Toolbar?

I have some bookmarks on my Bookmarks Toolbar that do not have a favicon attached to their webpage, so an icon of a blank page shows up instead. Are there any other options?

You can add a favicon with the Favicon Picker 3 add-on.
