Any error message displayed at all? Knowing that might be helpful to solve what's causing it.

As a quick suggestion, I wonder if any of your addons might be blocking Paramount's video streaming. A good first step would be ruling out addons as the cause. Please try disabling all your addons and go back to Paramount and test streaming again.

To disable Addons: Disable or remove Add-ons
