Displaying Bookmarks on left side of screen in WINDOWS 10
How do I get the Bookmarks to appear on the left side on this WINDOWS 10 PC? It appears on the left side of my WINDOWS 7 PC. I can't find a setting in the FIREFOX Settings list?
Thank you.

Hi Karl
This support article should help:

Click on the heading Bookmarks at the top of the sidebar and you will see an option to move it to the left.

I've gone to the Settings tab on the right side of FIREFOX, scrolled down to the Bookmarks tab. The option to move the Bookmarks to the left does not exist in my most recent version of FIREFOX running under Windows 10 tower PC. It does exist in the same release level in my Windows 7 HOME tower PC.
Also, in the header of FIREFOX, in the WIndows 7 PC, there is an icon for reverting to the Home page (blank). This icon does not exist in my Windows 10 tower PC, so there are obvious differences in how FIREFOX is presented when running under the two different levels of Windows.
Showing the bookmarks sidebar in the left or right position is controlled via the sidebar menu like posted above.
I'm not sure what you are referring to in the second part "Also, in the header of FIREFOX, in the Windows 7 PC, there is an icon for reverting to the Home page (blank)". Can you show this in a screenshot ?
In Firefox 87+ the Library and the Home button aren't present by default on the Navigation Toolbar and you need to drag them out of the Customize palette to the toolbar.
See the little picture of a 'house' on the top row, next to the open circle with the arrow? This icon does not appear on my FIREFOX on the Windows 10 tower. In fact, the top line of FIREFOX in the Windows 10 is also different. When I close a window, FIREFOX closes completely. This does not happen with my Windows 7 version.
I pressed the Shift key & the Print Scrn key to save a screen shot for you, but I don't know how to get it into this box. I tried Paste, but nothing happens. Sorry about that. And, obviously, I can't show you the situation with my Windows 10 PC since it's a completely different computer.
I HATE WINDOWS!!!!! It's too confusing with all the options, programmer-specific jargon that lay people don't understand & no access to assistance!
See my above reply about the absence of the toolbar Home button that you can add via customize mode.
