on common voice it says " If you’d prefer to opt out of Google Analytics data collection, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which stops data transmission to Google Analytics. " but i can not install the extension on android

That add-on is not currently supported in Firefox for Android, but we hope to bring support for more add-ons in future updates.
