Is this a dialog that seems to come out of the current page, or does Firefox redirect away from the page you were on to that address (it appears in the address bar)?
If it's happening on the page you're visiting, something in the page is trying to access or report to that site, which is troubling.
Searching around, it seems to affect multiple browsers and multiple operating systems, which is unusual for malware. It is more indicative of a glitch in an ad network:

Have you ever considered trying an ad blocking add-on? This one is rated highly if you want to see the difference:
it comes out of current page it does NOT redirect me I have turned on my ad blocker but that doesnt stop it.... I do suspect an ad on the page is triggering it but I dont know anything about browsers and how they work I do know Edge doesnt get this... my pc is windows 10 formally 7 is it a computer glich or browser glich I can use my computer normally when this pops up but can not use FireFox I will try your ad blocker add on and if you dont here back this week it worked :)
Same problem, unique to Firefox and unique to specific web site. In my case it was my.earthlink.net . Thinking it may have been an earthlink problem, went through it with earthlink support. There solution was cancel the dialog and refresh the website. Stops it for awhile but it keeps coming back. Not sure I want to try an ad blocker, so I will be curious if there is another solution.
well I am REPORTING this WORKS thanks for the fix I dont know why ads do this to my browser but glad that it is FIXed
