Cableone updated their email program and it caused me to lose my Thunderbird emails, sent list and Spam information. Please help!
On June 30th Cableone updated their email system which caused my Thunderbird system to fail. I did get them to download my emails so I could receive and send form my office computer. I had my home computer setup to copy every thing here at my office. I can't get the information on my home computer now. Also when I send an email it will not copy to the sent file. I am getting emails that I was not getting before as the spam is not working also. I would like someone to contact me by phone if possible. Please notify me if you can and I will give you my phone number. Need help badly.

DO NOT post your phone number or any other personal info in a public forum. There is no phone support and no one helpful is going to call you.

No one from this forum or Thunderbird. Telling them to post their phone number is poor advice and irresponsible.
