Window that shows downloading; progress just hangs on "connecting to server". The bar continues to move across the window, over and over again (so far for 15 minutes).This occurs on 2 different computers which are on 2 different internet connections. I've tried to download multiple times. Please Help.

I noticed that you have the plug-in "BrowserPlus" installed. Try to disable it and then download again to see if that helps: Tools > Add-ons > Plug-ins


FYI, According to its website, it does not support Firefox 4, maybe that's the problem.

Thanks very much. I've uninstalled Browser Plus. Now, I guess I just have to wait for Firefox to attempt the update.
