Somehow, the menu bars on FIrefox have gone transparent. They were fine. I was trying to type something and think I hit a key wrong or something and the menu bar turned transparent. It's extremely ugly and distracting. How do I change it back ? It used to be white.

You can tr this theme:

Try to disable transparency in Windows, see:

Right click in a free space on your desktop.
Left click on Personalization.
There are four options at the bottom of the screen, choose "Window Color and Appearance".
Select a border color
Uncheck: "Enable transparency"
