Yesterday, the text for the list of messages on the list of messages has become very small. The text is messages is OK. I have tried many recommendations in help and on the internet. Nothing works. I am using Windows 10 and the latest Thunderbird on a PC computer. Can you help?

On the toolbar then  Add-ons Remove theme and font size changer. use the search box in the top right to search for the theme and font size changer. Typing font should be enough o locate it. reinstall it.
