I wanted to export a address ldif file. When exported, the ldif file was not included in the compressed backup. I imported an ldif file and added a few addresses. The question under KDE Neon is how do I extract the contact list? Not included in zip file. Hungarian Thunderbird 115 Supernova

I am not sure I understand. To extract a list, highlight the list and click the three dots to the right and select the export option. Is that what you're seeking?

You are not understand. When I export the zip file, not included ldif addressbook file. 5 contact now, but not exported Thunderbird new version.

If you are referring to the zip file created by tools>export, I believe it only contains Thunderbird files, and files created by users are ignored.

How do you export the ldif file then under a Linux distribution?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but why not write to a USB stick?

If there are no export files how do you put it on usb stick under Linux distribution?

The ldif file and an export copy of the profile are two different entities. You could write both to a USB stick. I am unsure on what your ultimate goal is.
