Since the pandemic I've been using my work email on my home laptop running Windows 8, via Thunderbird. I've been having issues with the storage space and I've compacted but the issue keeps coming up that the "drive" is full. I can't find the Appdata or User Profile to delete some of the space on my labtops hard drive.

I don't want to lose emails but I'm assuming that they're stored on my companies server. When I go to the office and log on, all the emails are there.

How do I keep the storage issue from coming up? I've compacted a few times but it keeps happening on my home laptop and I don't want to lose emails, so I'm not sure if I delete them on the drive if that will affect things. But I can't find the AppData folder or the Mbox files when I do a Search on my Laptop. I know I'm rambling.

Then let's start from a different angle. 1. please use "Add images" to attach a screen shot of your "drive full" warning" 2. Are your accounts gmail? If not, what provider? 3. Do you have a program that will show where you are using the most disk space? If not, please install one. I can recommend https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free
