I am not receiving my email from outlook. However, I can go to outlook and receive from one account. Mozilla is stating that outlook is not responding to it. I have NO idea how to correct this and when I put in my password I continue to receive error.... no response. It is frustrating and I am about ready to delete mozilla!

First, if you can't see the Tools menu, press Alt to show the Menu Bar, then check Menu Bar under the View menu.

'Not responding' can be due to several things, such as incorrect server settings or possibly you've set up 2-step verification on the account but haven't created an app password to use in TB.

Now that Tools/Account Settings is available, state your incoming server type (POP or IMAP), server, port, security etc.

thanks for your kind response. I finally got into Mozilla and the 'passwords'. However, since I do not know what password it is asking for, nor do I know the password I can not manage the email program. I have had Mozilla for 3 years and this is a first. Now, after spending hours on this problem I get NO email on Mozilla and a message: What is the Software Security Service password.? I have changed Microsoft password to no avail. I have several address books in Mozilla and hate to lose them all, however I can not continue at this and will have to delete this program if I can't resolve this issue. HELP THANKS.

Passwords, except a master password, are controlled by your mail provider; TB only uses passwords, it doesn't change them.

The Software Security Service message indicates you have a master password:
