The login for the Mozilla Add-ons site is different from your Mozilla Support login. The Add-on site is under the e-mail address that you used when you established a login for the Add-ons site and a password, which may or may not be the same as your Mozilla Support password. Here is the Add-ons login page (also shown as links at the top of the Add-on page if you are not signed in "Register or Log in") -

Once logged-in, you can change your display name and other information on the account by clicking on your user name at the top of the display to view and change your settings for the account.
