I keep on losing an enormous amount of Bookmarks, WHY?
I login to firefox click on Bookmarks and notice that all my recent bookmarks have gone Also I have lost even more when my Computer engineer transfered about 100 from my old pc. Why do they dissappear? how is the simplest way to get them ALL back. Where do they go and why Is there a phone no of you so that an expert can help poor little me to work with me to solve the problem,or I could explain in greater detail what I want you to do

nobody has answered my question or given me any contact details how can I answer my own Question
A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
