i cant watch ANYTHING (videos, etc) and i supposedly have downloaded flash

Up until 3 days ago i was able to watch videos on youtube or cnn, etc and now i cant view anything.

Go to youtube (or, i think, to any other site), choose a video then right click on it then go to setting and then disable Hardware Accelerator.
