Suggestion: Upgrade to the latest stable Firefox => www.getfirefox.com

Your site is most probably infected by the malcious softwate. The reason of this is probably weak FTP password - someone could gain access to your server files and infect them.

First of all change your FTP password to a strong one and scan your server files with some good scanners. It's not a Firefox issue. IE doesn't show you a warning but Firefox does - that's why it's considered as safer browser.

Edit: I just checked and Firefox 9 shows information about dangerous sites too. So it's almost 100% that you have BAD things on your server. Oh and better don't try to go to that pages from IE if you don't want problems on your PC :)

I do have the latest version of Firefox, but unfortunately the warning from Firefox has been received by many people who visit our site. I did find out which post that had the malware script attached to it and deleted the post. I also went to Google and asked for warning to be lifted.

Thank you for your advice. Do you have any additional suggestions regarding Google? Do you have any idea how long it will take them to re-evaluate our site?

I'm not sure how long does it takes. But you can try to google that or ask on google support forums. Hope your sites will soon be ok :)

I agree, looks like your site was hacked into and infected by malware. Google's Webmaster Tools Help page explains in detail what you should do step-by-step.

Changing your password with one that is strong is definitely the first step, followed by a quarantine of your site. But make sure to check and see (if your site was hacked into), maybe the hacker created an account (or more) which you need to delete.

In terms of time frame on how long Google takes to clear your site of the warning, it all depends. It can take a day, a week or a month. Hoping yours gets cleared soon. Let us know the outcome.
