Amazon remembers my old email address on firefox, but not on Safari or aol. I tried clearing cache but it did not work. Amazon only has a record of my current (accurate)email address. Help?
I think I gave you all the details. When I go onto the Amazon site via Firefox, the "my e-mail" under sign in is auto filled with my old email address. When I go on through Safari or aol, my current, correct email address is auto filled in. I tried clearing my entire cache, browsing history, site preferences, etc. on Firefox, but the old email is still auto filled. Amazon has no record of the old email other than that it is a closed account. They say they have changed it on their end (and Safari and aol bear this out). Can you help please?
