where is the bookmark manager?
I cannot find the book mark manager in Firefox. I have version 6.0.1. I have searched all through the tool bars, e.g., file, edit, et al. and I cannot find it. It is not under bookmarks.

Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks... - was changed from Organize Bookmarks back in Firefox 4.0
