every time i try to go to Lowes.com with Mozilla Firefox... it gives me this message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/" on this server. Reference #18.66c90845.1313356740.b978337 "
but i have no problem getting on Lowes site with IE. can you please help?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I can use the website by clicking the links in your message. I wonder if anyone else has problems ? I can browse the site with Firefox 5 and Firefox 6.
I suppose you could try typing the IP address into your browser location bar

Maybe it does not like your 64 bit OS for some reason.
