Email message were working fine, then they started looking like the image below. Now about half of them are fine and the other half appears to be in code. Please advise. Thanks!

Thank you very much for giving me a suggestion!!! Sorry, it did not work. I had already tried it and I tried it again and again, but it did not work for me. I will try anything that someone suggests. Thanks again!!!
