Error
Keep getting the following when trying to access a standard site I have gone to hundreds of times.
Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www1.bmoharris.com/api/us-banking/auth/authenticate-widget?" on this server.

I didnt have an issue with that link you provided. But it took me to this page:
https://www1.bmoharris.com/www/#/login
I think you might want to temporarily disable your FF add-ins, and WIndows Startups.
Then reboot and test the site again.
If it shows up for you, then you had eliminated a cause via the disabling of one of the apps.
