Hi, Okay, so I'm having problems with certain websites. Etsy is not displaying correctly (all of the information is shoved into a tiny column on the right side of the screen), Amazon doesn't do hover-over on images (eg, if I want to see the different pictures/variations of a product, I have to actually click each photo. In Subscribe and Save, I have to click whatever item I want to edit/skip, and go through a couple more screens, instead of getting the convenient popup), Carrabba's online ordering just doesn't respond or let me click anything. This is a "new" laptop (I bought it on sale a couple years ago and just dragged my feet migrating to it until my previous laptop completely died). I didn't have this issue on my old laptop, or any of the other computers in the house. Firefox is synced so all of the settings between my old and new laptop are the same. I've tried all the fixes (safe mode, troubleshooting settings, turning off hardware acceleration) to no avail.

My information: HP ENVY m7 Notebook PC Product# J9K05UA#ABA Windows 8.1 64-bit Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz 12GB RAM Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 NVIDIA GeForce 840M

All Windows Important and Optional updates have been installed, the graphics drivers are up to date, Firefox is up to date (66.0.2)...

Thank you for your help!

Screenshot of the issue? This sounds from the read either improper browser resizing or video driver issues.
