Mozilla (like most developers of free software) doesn't provide technical phone support for Firefox. This is the official Firefox support location.
I notice that you are running a VERY old version of Firefox. Please update to the newest version IMMEDIATELY. Update Firefox to the latest release.
I believe the extension you are referring to is no longer supported, so I'd suggest something like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/, which allows you to separate various cookies and logins
