My android is Samsung version 4. Fox didn't accept it. Is that right?

In September 2017, starting with Firefox version 56, only Android 4.1 and higher will be supported. If you are on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and earlier, we recommend upgrading to a more recent version of Android.
