control Sound Effects add on
added Sound Effects add on to adjust sound sync. But while it shows in add ons menu, I don't see a way to control it.

Is that part of FF or some addon?
It is an add-on by Kunihiro Ando. It's supposed to add a 10 Band Graphic Equalizer/Chorus/Delay/Reverb/Loop. But I see no way to use it.
