The Firefox was working fine and had useful features. Updates after updates and the usability became dismal, the way I had it configured disappeared, you keep changing the place of buttons and functions .... Do you actually care about the users or you just try to irritate them? MUST you people make this crap program worse with every stupid update you force on the users? How difficult is it for your development team to leave the layout the way it was and actually do something useful?

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
