When I close Firefox, it closes all of my tabs

I have not messed with any of the Firefox settings in a while. Today I closed my window with three tabs and a message popped up to tell me that I was closing the tabs. I clicked ok, then opened Firefox again and all of my tabs had been closed; I was redirected to my home page. This is weird because my tabs never close; I usually just close the window and then I can open it up again. I have everything in my settings set to "open previous tabs" and "don't erase browsing history" but for whatever reason, Firefox is not acknowledging the fact that I want my tabs to stay open after I close a window. I have the most recent version of Firefox.

Did you check "History > Recently Closed Tabs/Windows" to see if any closed windows are available for undo?
