Hi

I am currently beta testing with Microsoft Windows 10 Technical Preview for Enterprise edition with current beta build version 9926.

I am experiencing some problems with the Quickscan Bitdefender. After installing the Quickscan Bitdefender plugins, it does not seems to work. Somehow Quickscan Bitdefender cannot seems to scan at all. It also indicates that "The Bitdefender Quickscan plugin has crashed.". I have submit the crash report to Mozilla by clicking on the "Submit crash report" button.

Please see the screen shot or screen capture attachment. Thank you.

I have email and informed the matter to Bitdefender Tech Support so far I did not received any reply from them for months.

I've been having this error since the last release of Windows 10 beta build release.

I have an updated to Mozilla Firefox 36 and Adobe Flash Plugins version 16.0.0.305.

Hi mrusli,

Firefox 36 does not officially support Windows 10 at this point.

I'm assuming the Bitdefender plugin you are having trouble with most likely doesn't either. Regardless, it is not a Firefox issue.

You might have more luck if you ask about this issue here.

Sorry about the lack of help, Curtis
