Does this happen with this link as well?
the same message appears when trying to connect to hotmail account with https://mail.live.com
I'm not seeing the section to add an exception an.d that would suggest that this message in displayed in a frame.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I used your link, an accessed my own account. So the link itself is okay.
BTW, to access my e-mails, I use the Windows Live Mail program.
