would someone just help fix problem instead of sugesting what might fix it. this slowness and crashing is very disappointing
I have not gotten a solution to the crashing and why no reports are not generated. at least 5 answers have been posted and none work. again computer only crashes when firefox is open. then I was asked to update firefox to latest version. I allowed. now it's slow. how would you feel about your company if this is product that is offered. why is there no direct and reliable support. please fix your product.
