I want to use a DNS site that protects me from porn sites. I know the DNS addresses. How do I activate them?

The helpful website was spot-on for IP v4 IP addressing. For IP v6 IP addressing it doesn't work as advertised. the addresses in IP format are rejected until you click on Advanced and enter them there, then returning up a level it appears that they won't be used, but when I ran the test case, trying to access www.badguys.com, it blocked me. Some clarity is needed for IP v6.
