I can't send mail out I receive this error message: Relaying denied: You must check for new mail before sending mail.. Please check the message ...and try again

This is the error i get when I try to send email but not to every person

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 <xxxxxx@cxxxx.net>... Relaying denied: You must check for new mail before sending mail.. Please check the message recipient xxxxxx@cxxxx.net and try again.

Please post info as descibed here:

you can edit/remove all info on fonts and printers.

Tell me which account has the issue.
