How do I import e mail addresses from my verizon.net accounts
I just signed up for the Mozilla acct, all e mails came over from my other e mail accounts except for existing e mail addresses. How do I do this. I am presently using windows

I guess you have been using a browser for your email up till now?
Go back to your email accounts, in whatever environment you used to work with them, and look there for options to export your address books. Thunderbird can import LDIF, CSV and vCard (*.vcf) formats.
